How to Start as a Beginner

1. Start Walking

You don't need to rush to the gym. Begin with simple outdoor walks. 30 minutes of brisk walking a day is a great foundation for your heart and blood vessels.

2. Light Stretching

Spend 10 minutes in the morning doing joint gymnastics. Circular movements of the arms, legs, bends, and turns of the body will help wake up your body and prepare your ligaments.

3. Stay Hydrated

Your body loses moisture during any activity. Drink clean water in small portions before, during, and after your workout to avoid dehydration and headaches.

4. Rest and Sleep

Muscles recover while you sleep. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. Quality sleep is 50% of success in any endeavor.

⚠️ Important Safety Rules

  • Consult a doctor: This is especially important if you have chronic diseases, blood pressure issues, or joint problems.
  • Don't rush the results: Increase the load gradually. Don't try to run a marathon in your first week.
  • Listen to your body: Mild fatigue is normal. Sharp pain in joints or muscles is a signal to stop immediately.
  • Choose good shoes: Proper running shoes with cushioning will reduce the risk of knee and spine injuries when walking.
